STUDIO PROTOCOL, POLICIES AND PROCEDURES


BEFORE COMING TO THE STUDIO

No-Covid Zone in All Ways!

We will continue to keep all talk of covid out of the studio completely. If you have any questions do not hesitate to ask via email. There are enough conversations going on outside our sacred space about the pandemic. When you come in, leave it all at the door and just enjoy your practice.

Self-Assess

If you have any symptoms of COVID19, do NOT come into the studio. If you have been outside of Ontario in the last 14 Days, do NOT come into the studio. If you, or someone you have been in contact with has tested positive for COVID19, do NOT come into the studio.


Drop ins are welcome!

Drop ins are welcome again!! We love it when you sign up for class ahead of time but if you’re running behind or decide to jump into a class last minute, come on in!


Cancelation Policy

You may cancel your class up 4 hours before the scheduled start time. If you cancel less than an hour before or do not show up, you will lose your pass or pay a $10 fee for your spot. Note that no-show fees do not apply for virtual classes.


Rentals are back!

Bring your own mat, blocks, strap and a full water bottle if you have it, if not we have got your covered. Leave your valuable items at home. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.


Avoid wearing strong scents and perfumes to the studio


Do not crowd the lobby

We have a small lobby so when you come in for your class, please remove your shoes as quickly as possible and head to the practice room. Staff will monitor the entrance of students and ensure that proper social distancing protocol is being followed.


WHEN YOU GET HERE

Masks are optional

This is is a judgment free space. Wear your mask if you’d like to or don’t if you don’t want to.


Hand Sanitize

Hand sanitizer will be available for you as you enter the studio. Please sanitize your hands upon entering.


Inform your INSTRUCTOR of any injuries before class

If you have any injuries or funky body things going on, inform your instructor before the class starts.


Turn cell phones off

Sayza is a phone free studio. When you’re here, its’s time for you, log out, shut down and practice yoga. Cell phones are not permitted in the practice room, if you bring it in with you, please leave it in your assigned cubby.


The washrooms are, changeroom and shower are open


 Arrive on time for class

Arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your class start time. The doors will be locked until 15 minutes before your class to allow for proper cleaning in between. If you arrive after the class has begun, you will not be permitted into class.


Please remove your shoes at the front door

You will have a small personal cubby to store your shoes and personal items in while you are practicing. Cubbies are sanitized in between each use.


The Practice room is a quiet space

Be quiet upon entering the practice room, it is a talk free zone.


Stay in the practice room until the end of class

Sometimes it can be overwhelming, but do your best to stay in the practice room until the class is over. Take child’s pose or lay on your mat if the heat becomes too much.


AFTER YOUR SESSION


Wait to leave the practice room

Your teacher will open the studio door for you and instruct each row to pack up and leave in sequence to avoid crowding at the door and in the lobby.


Hand Sanitize

Hand sanitizer will be available for you following your session if you so choose to use it.


Leave the Studio Promptly

To properly follow social distancing guidelines and avoid crowding please grab your belongings and leave the studio promptly after your session. You can always email, text or phone us with any questions comments or concerns.


 

BAD WEATHER POLICY

In the event of severe weather and/or icy road conditions, classes will be cancelled and the studio will be closed. If the weather is unfavorable please check our Facebook, Instagram, or Website for updates on class cancellations and studio closure.
